Students Care for the Natural World On and Off Campus

Last week Conserve School student groups practiced hands-on environmental stewardship both on and off campus. They cleaned up trash in wooded areas along Highway 45; working with DNR, Forest Service, and Nature Conservancy staff members to remove invasive species from a nearby forest reserve; and prepared fire rings at solo campsites on campus in order to keep campfires well-contained.
